A popular vinegar suitable for all Japanese, Chinese and Western dishes. It features a mild acidity with a well-balanced flavour and aroma. Made from a blend of wheat-derived alcohol, rice, corn and sake lees, this vinegar has a milder taste than regular rice vinegars, and is perfect for making sushi vinegar. It can also be used in salad dressings, in Japanese hot pots or in marinades to help tenderise meats.
